We weighed out before the session which made it easier for the actual presentation. The kitchen still smelt of Christmas this morning.

My husband bought me the Bake with a Legend as a birthday treat. It was a well planned session, lots of useful information and both relaxed but structured. The recipe ahead of time allowed time to shop for ingredients, cooking along together on the day. Baking in real time meant that you could check every step of the way. I would recommend this course to anyone
