At Enigma Escape the focus is on realism – there are no red herrings as you work your way through one of two immersive scenarios solving puzzles and riddles as you go. Whether you choose The Breakout or The Killer, you’ll need to put your thinking caps on if you’re to find your way out of your chosen room in time, with 1 hour on the clock for you to spirit your boss out of prison or catch a murderous silver screen maniac.
There are refreshments to get you ready before the timer starts, as well as a photo opportunity and prizes at the end to immortalise your success or commemorate your failure. “Great experience”
Overall it was a great experience, very challenging which made it more fun and exciting. We were in a group of 4 which I think was perfect any bigger and it would have taken longer to get through it all. Would definitely book this again in a different location with a different challenge.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Enigma Escape (15 minutes before your allotted time) you’ll check in at the desk before meeting your Game Host for the session, who’ll talk you through what to expect once you’re both inside your chosen room.
The experience is a test of your mental powers. Once inside, the doors will be locked and you’ll have 60 minutes to work your way out, racing against time to be the fastest finishers with prizes up for grabs if you do particularly well.

Availability
This experience is available Monday to Thursday subject to availability.
If you wish to take your experience Friday to Sunday there is a surcharge payable when booking. Upgrades are subject to availability.
We recommend you book in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes which includes briefing, refreshments, 1 hour game, debrief, photos and prizes.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

I was worried that it might be a bit claustrophobic but it wasn’t at all. Exciting, frustrating when we couldn’t solve the clues, but well worth it.
