With this distillery tasting experience, you and your experience partner can treat your taste buds as you try out a selection of handcrafted gin, vodka and rum. East London Liquor Company has brought spirit production back to London’s East End after more than a century and the proof is in the bottle.
As part of your experience, the two of you will enjoy a tasting of five of East London Liquor Company’s spirits. You’ll discuss flavour profiles and pairings – perfect for anybody who loves their fine liquor.

What happens on the day?
When you arrive at Bow Wharf, make your way to the bar where you will be able to see the stills behind the bartenders. You will then take part in a led tasting session of five different spirits all the while discussing the flavour profiles and pairings which make each one special.
With tastings running on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons you’ll be well placed to make an evening of it with a few post-experience gin and tonics in the bar, or why not grab a bite to eat at East London Liquor Company’s highly-acclaimed restaurant?

Availability
This experience is run on selected Fridays at 17.30 and the second Saturday of the month at 18.30. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Great tasting experience”
Bought as a wedding gift, we spent a lovely evening at the East London Distillery Company. We were made to feel very welcome from the start by all the staff but especially Jess. She gave an excellent talk before giving us a taste of 5 different spirits and was very patient with some very talkative customers. We finished off the evening with an excellent meal in the cosy restaurant. We chose a tapas style meal and was helped with our choice of dishes by another friendly staff member.
