Grab a fellow gin enthusiast and make your next day out one to remember at Piston Gin School, Worcester. Touted as one of the UK’s most exciting new distilleries, it’s the ideal place to try your hand at creating your own, bespoke gin.
You’ll be taken around the distillery with a G&T in hand, all whilst an expert explains the art of distillation. Knowledge at the ready, it’ll be time to get the magical alchemy underway, using a mini copper pot still together to experience the fascinating process of distillation.
Tuck into delicious nibbles and drinks, before tasting and labelling your gin. There’ll be enough for both of you to enjoy the fruits of your labour in a G&T before heading home with your bottle of gin to share.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Piston Gin, you’ll be welcomed in fitting style with a G&T crafted with Piston’s own award-winning gin. Take a tour of the beautiful, repurposed distillery as you get the lowdown on the art of distillation from an expert, before the two of you take your place behind your shared copper pot still. You’ll choose your key notes and ingredients from over 70 botanicals, and with guidance, you’ll experience the distillation process.
Whilst it’s underway, there’ll be time for you to enjoy another G&T and some delicious, locally-sourced nibbles. Once complete, you’ll taste and label your own gin, ready to bottle in a stunning Piston bottle and take home. There’ll no doubt be enough left for the two of you to enjoy a final G&T before heading back, too!

Tours are available Friday and Saturday and during the week subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
