Rich with a 300 year history, you are sure to feel its charming splendour as soon as you enter. The hotel's Olympic Suite Restaurant is quite enchanting, with its windows, panelling, mirrors and ceiling all salvaged from the RMS Olympic - The Titanic’s sister ship.
The rest of the hotel is just as delightful as you will discover upon taking your afternoon tea in the lounge where you will be served a selection of finger sandwiches, scones with cream and strawberry preserves along with a selection of cakes fresh from the kitchen. Tea or coffee will be served to round off an enjoyable afternoon together at the White Swan Hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Ambience was very pleasant, even the background music was enjoyable. Would have given 10/10 for Virgin Experience Days except the original gift experience was for afternoon tea at a Warner Leisure hotel but after wasting over 3 hours trying to book that, I'm glad we made the change to White Swan.

What happens on the day?
On your arrival at the White Swan Hotel you will be greeted by a member of staff and will be shown into the hotel’s impressive lounge. Here, you will be served an array of tea time treats.
Enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, cakes, scones with cream and jam as well as a choice of fine tea or coffee. You are sure to have a delightful afternoon in this relaxed, elegant and historic setting.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
