You’ll be in expert hands as you’re guided through six to eight wines at Davy’s, Greenwich, as they’ve been working with the world’s finest winemakers and Châteaux since being founded in 1870. Every wine has been selected, shipped and stored by Davy’s themselves, with each one featuring a quality that lifts it out of the ordinary.
You’ll also receive a complimentary bottle of Davy’s own label wine, as well as a handy corkscrew in case you want to crack it open straight away!

What happens on the day?
Upon arrival at the Davy’s Wine Bar on the day of your tasting, you can expect a warm welcome and convivial atmosphere as you get relaxed ready to begin. You’ll then enjoy a variety of tasters, as well as expert insight from your knowledgeable wine guide for the evening, and at the end of the evening you’ll receive a bottle of Davy’s own label and a handy corkscrew.

Availability
The experience is available on selected dates, usually on Wednesday or Thursday nights.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
You should allow approximately 3 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Great host tutored and guided us through the tasting of 8 wines. The setting was relaxed and informal and went away wanting more!!

We had an amazing time! I booked it as a Christmas present and was well-worth the wait. Would definitely recommend to others. Only criticism would be to maybe offer other days as well as Wednesdays. All in all, a very pleasant evening packed with facts and fun. Tim was very informative and friendly and we learnt a lot from him! Not to mention the delicious wine, of course! :)
