You'll also get a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery and an introduction to Ginsmiths of Liverpool. Sampling three unique gins, you’ll uncover the connection between the gin and the city of Liverpool as well as learn how the distillery sources local ingredients.
It’s then time to put your new-found knowledge to the test as you craft your own gin using your own miniature copper still. After creating your gin, a tasting will take place before it is bottled up ready to take home. The experience will conclude lunch in the brewery taproom.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed with a tea and coffee each, before meeting your expert tutor for the experience. Begin by learning the history of gin before enjoying a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery, complete with a sample of three unique gins. You’ll learn all about the use of botanicals, the connection between the gin and city of Liverpool and how the distillery sources local ingredients to create their gin.
You will then both craft your own gin using your own miniature copper still. After creating your gin, a tasting will take place before it is bottled up ready to take home. The experience will conclude lunch in the brewery taproom.

This experience runs every Saturday throughout the year, however some excluded dates may apply. The experience starts at 10.00 and finishes at 14.00.
