Discover the art of sushi making with a Create Your Own Sushi Dragon with Free Flowing Brunch for Two at inamo.
During the 1 hour masterclass, inamo’s talented head sushi chef will reveal a closely guarded secret…how to roll your own Dragon. A fan favourite - crunchy tempura shrimp, creamy avocado and a touch of mayonnaise are all delicately rolled together in the form of a Dragon. You’ll also learn how to make a second roll each, specially designed for the class.
Finish in style with a 1 hour 30 minute brunch together featuring unlimited Asian tapas and sushi from the menu boasting 30+ dishes, alongside your choice of bottomless bubbles, beer or wine. With a dining experience that is about so much more than the food – you can use your interactive table surface or a tablet to order, as well as play retro games, decorate your tabletop, and even get an intriguing look into the kitchen via the chef camera.

“An epic day out ”
Had a great time at Grizedale Forest GoApe. There is a good mix of activities in the treetop challenge including some epic zip wires. Definitely was pushed out of my comfort zone but always felt safe. The kids in our group loved it. There can be a bit of waiting around between the platforms. Our experience lasted well over three hours from start to finish so allow plenty of time. A very good value experience.

What happens on the day?
Upon arrival at inamo the two of you will be warmly greeted by a member of staff, ready for your 1 hour masterclass. Led by inamo’s head sushi chef, you’ll learn how to roll your own Dragon and a second roll, specially designed for the class.
Once you’ve finished getting hands-on, you’ll head to the dining room for a 1 hour 30 minute brunch. Enjoy unlimited Asian tapas and sushi alongside your choice of bottomless bubbles, beer or wine.

Availability
The experience is available on selected Saturdays and occassional Sundays throughout the year. Excluded dates include 14 February, 25 and 31 December.
We recommend you book four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes for the full experience.
The primary location for this experience will be inamo Soho, but subject to demand inamo Covent Garden may also be made available for classes.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
