Harrods Terrace offers a cream tea experience that’s been refined to exquisite perfection. Bathed in natural light you’ll be served a plain and fruit scone alongside Harrods own homemade preserve and a pot of tea chosen from a wide range of Harrods Fine Teas. Whether you love the classic taste of a black tea blend or prefer a more exotic fruit and herb infusion, you’ll find the perfect scone accompaniment to complete your cream tea experience.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Harrods you and your guest will make your way to the fourth floor of the famous Knightsbridge department store where the Harrods restaurant is situated.
Once settled at your table you’ll be served a glass of chilled Champagne each and your chosen pot of tea from the 14-strong range of Harrods Fine Teas to perfectly accompany your scones. You’ll each be served a plain and fruit scone with Harrods own homemade preserve and traditional West Country clotted cream, making it a quintessentially British cream tea.

Availability
The experience is available all year round with limited availability at weekends
Monday to Wednesday: 12.00 to 19.00 (last sitting 17.15)
Thursday to Saturday: 12.00 to 20.00 (last sitting 18.15)
Sunday 12.00 to 18.00 (last sitting at 16.15)
Please note: exclusion dates include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Valentine’s Day and Public Holidays
It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. Please note that during the summer months you may need to book Saturdays up to 15 weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your cream tea will last approximately 2 hours, but please allow extra time for your visit.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

I took my best friend to Harrod’s Team Rooms for cream tea as a present for her 21st birthday, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the team, and they explained everything that was on the tray for us, the selection of tea was lovely and “the important part” (the champagne) was beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend.
