Craft Your Own Rum and Learn The History with Cocktails for Two at Devon Rum School
About this experience
Delve into the world of the most versatile spirit with this Craft Your Own Rum with Cocktails for Two at Devon Rum School.
Uniquely situated, your rum extravaganza will take place within a classic American school bus. You’ll be greeted with a rum punch cocktail ready for the lead distiller to take you on a journey through the history of rum and the different ways it is made. Of course, you’ll enjoy tasters as you learn to build a flavour profile from a variety of spices and other botanicals.
During the session, you’ll create your own 70cl bottle of rum, from designing the label right through to deciding when to cut the rum run. You’ll also have the option to purchase some oak chips if you would like to mature the bottle.
