With highly experienced mixologists, you’ll be shown how to create the very finest cocktails and how to champion the art of mixology. Enjoy a house cocktail and mixed nuts on arrival, before discovering the background and concepts of cocktail making. Armed with your newfound knowledge, you’ll create a cocktail each using the MAP Maison bar, before being directed to your seats at a pre-booked table to enjoy an afternoon tea, paired with two tasty cocktails each.

“Fun Cocktail Making Experience”
Super fun evening making cocktails with supervision then a meal after. The cocktail making was great, First we had a demonstration and taste then we each made a cocktail from the list. All were unusual flavours & the tutor was very informative & fun. The meal after was tasty but a lot smaller that I expected, however this was made up for by having another two cocktails with the meal. I would recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys something different to drink

What happens on the day?
On arrival at MAP Maison, you’ll start as you mean to go on with a house cocktail and mixed nuts to enjoy.
Thirst quenched, you’ll be guided by experienced mixologists who’ll teach you all about the art of cocktail making, before having a go yourself. Create a cocktail each at the bar, before taking your seats for a delicious afternoon tea – topped off with another two cocktails each, of course!

Availability
The experience is available seven days a week 13.00 to 20.00. Excluded dates may apply.
Afternoon tea is served from 13.00 to 17.00, two-course dinner is served 17.00 to 20.00.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Fabulous way to spend the afternoon”
The staff and bar itself were so gorgeous. The cocktails were delicious and we had a private masterclass on how to make them. I would say the focus is definitely on the Cocktails ,as it should be, as the menu is more bar food / tapas style.

Overall disappointed. The Cocktail making was actually good if you like Gin, Vodka or Whiskey. The mixologist was knowledgeable and engaged with the group. The "two course meal" however was not worth waiting for. A main and a side is not two courses in my book, and it was luke warm. Time limited an our experience cut short as the table was booked for the next session so we left still owed a drink within our package. Not worth the money, better cocktail master classes out there
