You’ll hear a brief history of mixology before getting to grips with mixing, making, decorating and tasting three seasonal cocktails, using botanicals, herbs and edible flowers. Aperitivo will be served throughout to complement each drink perfectly.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at La Goccia bar at Petersham Nurseries, you’ll be warmly welcomed as you join the rest of your group.
Your interactive, hands-on experience will see you learn a brief history of mixology, before getting to grips with making three seasonal cocktails – two from the menu, and one created on the day. You’ll use botanicals, herbs and edible flowers to add flourishes to your creations – and you can enjoy each one accompanied by a delicious aperitivo.

The experience is available on Tuesdays 18.30 to 20.00 Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.
Please note due to COVID-19 restrictions this experience will not be available until late Summer 2021.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
