“Such a patient team of staff”
During the booking, I mentioned I have a toddler and if we can bring him in due to childcare issues. I even offered to pay extra. They were so supportive and said I can without an extra charge. On the day, we were also running late due to a technical failure on the trains and ended up coming an hour late! They were so accommodating and told us to relax and assured us it won't affect the booking. We'd asked for vegetarian and opted for soft drinks instead of prosecco and they gave my son one too!

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Hotel Xenia, you’ll receive a warm welcome by the staff, who’ll show you through to your pre-booked table and serve you each a glass of prosecco. Soak up the sophisticated surroundings as you dine in style on a truly delicious Chocolate Afternoon Tea.
Enjoy traditional sandwiches alongside an array of chocolate cakes, pastries and desserts.

Availability
Chocolate Afternoon Tea is available seven days a week 14.00 to 17.00 from November 2020 and must be pre-booked. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Great food and a really nice hotel, staff weren't quite sure about booking etc but were really friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed it, Scones/rolls/chocolate/macaroons and very nice prosecco
