Spice up your next outing with this fantastic Chilli Afternoon Tea for Two with Chilli Tasting.
The guys at the Edible Kitchen know their stuff when it comes to chilli, and with the restaurant located at Edible Ornamentals chilli nursery you’ll never get fresher capsaicin goodness. Scones are replaced with chilli themed sandwiches, tortilla chips and sweet chilli sauce, along with tea or coffee and a selection of assorted Italian pastries. If you find the heat might be building up too much then glasses of milk are optional, and you’ll also get some Italian sipping hot chocolate to cap off your chilli-based bonanza.
Along with your afternoon tea you’ll be treated to a chilli tasting, where you can try fresh chillies and gourmet chilli sauces led by a chilli nursery expert. Deliciously spicy stuff.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Edible Ornamentals at Cherwood Nursery, you’ll check in with the nursery staff to be seated for your pre-booked afternoon tea to enjoy all of the treats on offer.
You’ll get to taste both fresh chillies and gourmet chilli sauces, and enjoy a selection of chilli-infused treats and savouries during this afternoon tea with a twist.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The experience takes place most Saturdays and Sundays at 14.00 from February to December.
This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A great experience and excellent value for money. A warm welcome, history of chilli's and the company itself. Tour of the selling greenhouse with information on some of the plants. Then on to tasting about 20 products, then a variety of raw chilli's. All done in a friendly and relaxed way. Then the afternoon tea which was really good. Amazing cakes, wraps, sandwiches, salad and tortilla chips.
