Had a great day , parked in the carpark and shopped in Harrogate. Arrived for Afternoon Tea at 3pm. Seated in a very nice lounge and served very quickly with a nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. Nice pot of tea and a lovely glass of champagne. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very pleased

What happens on the day?
The two of you will be welcomed at reception by a friendly member of the team and will be shown to the Swan Lounge and Bar. You will be offered a glass of chilled champagne each and your afternoon tea will be served.
A selection of finger sandwiches, cakes, scones with cream and preserves as well as a choice of tea or coffee will be served as the two of you catch-up and enjoy a relaxing afternoon together.

This experience is available seven days a week throughout the year, excluding Christmas, New Year and Valentines.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for your tea.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Champagne tea for two at the Old Swan Harrogate”
Very poor, never again. They were not ready for us even though we were 45 minutes early and the lounge was virtually empty. They did not realise the booking was for a Champagne tea, until I reminded them. The general service was poor, the person serving us did not understand plain English. I complained and was offered a further glass of champagne as an apology by the head waiter who suddenly put in an appearance.
