What happens on the day?
Arriving at your pre-booked time, the two of you will be welcomed to your table at TING within the luxury Shangri-La Hotel on Level 35 of The Shard. Take your seats for an exquisite Champagne afternoon tea, hand-crafted with care and using the finest, locally-sourced ingredients. Complete with incredible views and impeccable service to match, it’s the perfect way to mark a special occasion or simply enjoy London at its finest.
Please note: a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

Availability
Your voucher is valid until 31 March 2022 and cannot be extended. Please note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date.
The experience is available to book seven days a week, until 31 March 2022.
Tables for Afternoon Tea can be booked from 12.00 to 16.00.
There is limited availability on each time slot. To ensure that you do not miss out, once you receive your voucher, please book straight away. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
