What happens on the day?
On arrival at Macellaio RC - Teatro della Carne, you’ll be warmly welcomed and meet the talented executive chef and head butcher who’ll lead your hands-on intimate class. You’ll learn the history behind their meat, a lesson on how to select, prepare and cook the best cut as well as a wine tutored tasting. Afterwards, the two of you will enjoy a taste of Italy with a three-course set meal.

- Minimum age: 18 (under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)
- Please note there is no vegetarian/vegan option for this experience

Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
The experience is available at selected times Monday to Thursday, throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 3 hours for the hands-on experience with additional time afterwards for your meal.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
