Get into cycling, get fitter or get faster with Healthy Living’s 4 Week Training Plan.
Designed by top cyclists to help you maximise your time spent on the bike, workouts are fun yet challenging and promise to boost your cycling ability. Training weeks are typically broken down into three rides – two midweek and one weekend ride. The other days will be given as rest days or cross-training days.
Alternatively, you can opt for additional Bonus Sessions. These allow more advanced riders to increase their training volume and allow for some progression for other riders. Total weekly riding time for the plan ranges from under four hours a week to just under nine hours for a week including bonus sessions. This plan has been optimised to work with and be exportable from online training platforms such as Zwift.
