Grab a fellow gin lover and immerse yourselves in the world of gin for an evening, becoming master distillers and creating your very own 70cl bottles from scratch.
G&T in hand, you’ll be guided by an expert through the process of choosing your own botanicals, weighing them accurately, diluting your spirit and finally distilling and labelling your very own bottle each to take home.
Throughout the evening you’ll enjoy unlimited Gin and Tonics from the complete Gyre and Gimble range, as well as learning about the fascinating history of the spirit. Head home with your own 70cl bottles of gin, with your recipe on record to be reproduced at any time in the future.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll kick things off with a gin and tonic as your expert guide shows you how to choose your botanicals – with over 30, there are plenty to choose from! Learn how to dilute your spirit, before distilling and labelling your very own bottle each to take home.
Along the way you’ll enjoy unlimited Gin and Tonics and learn about gin’s history, before heading home with your bottle.

- There is no disability access, the experience is held on the first floor and there is a flight of stairs before entrance

Availability
The experience is available on Fridays 19.00 to 21.00 and Saturdays 16.00 to 18.00. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

fantastic experience hosted by Rory at the Gin Academy in Norwich. we warmly welcomed by Luke the bar man and enjoyed all the complimentary G&T & Cocktails through the evening. Rory was an expert in Gin making, and guided us to make two wonderful gins of our very own. He explaining some of its history in a very engaging way. A night to remember, at a fantastic price in a friendly environment an outstanding experience you must do if you are in Norwich The Grye & Gimble bar was amazing afterwards
