About this experience

Embark on a spirit-infused journey in the comfort of your own home with this Tipsy Gin Tasting Experience for up to Six.

Fully mobile, your own mixologist will set up the equipment, glassware and ingredients in your chosen space, ready for your 90 minute private gin tasting to begin. The class will kick off with you all sampling three different gins and making your first gin cocktail each. While you sip, your bartender will talk about the history of the popular spirit and how it is made.

Using the gins you sampled earlier, you’ll all create a further two cocktails each. With fun games played throughout, this promises to be a great experience.

What happens on the day?

Your bartender will arrive to your home or chosen space 20 to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the equipment, glassware and ingredients, ready for your class to get underway.

The 90 minute gin tasting begins with you all sampling three different gins and each of you making your first cocktail. While you enjoy the cocktail, your bartender will talk about the history of gin and how it is made. You’ll then make a further two cocktails each, using the gins you sampled earlier. In between the cocktails, you’ll also play a series of fun games.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 18
The class usually requires a small amount of physical exertion (ie shaking a cocktail), the bartender can always assist with this if required
The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.

The experience is available seven days a week throughout the year. Exclusions including 24, 25, 31 December and 1 January.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works
