“Certainly worth waiting for!”
Because of the pandemic our experience had to be delayed for some time but it was an experience well worth the wait. Having mobility problems I was concerned that I might have difficulties but from the moment we arrived at the Hotel, from the Concierge and her team to the restaurant Waiter and his colleagues, nothing was too much trouble. The afternoon tea was superb the atmosphere and comfort plus the surroundings all provided a really enjoyable experience, Our thanks to everyone concerned.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Meridian Lounge at the InterContinental Hotel, you’ll be welcomed by the staff and shown to your pre-booked table. Take your seats and soak up the delightful décor and views across the Thames and Canary Wharf, before dining on a delicious array of sweet and savoury treats.

Availability
The experience is available seven days a week, between 12.30 and 16.30 throughout the year, from 6 January 2020. Exclusions may apply.
If you wish to take your experience in December, subject to availability, an upgrade fee will be payable directly to the supplier. Please discuss this at the time of booking.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
