What happens on the day?
Please arrive at least ten minutes early to allow plenty of time for check-in. On arrival at your pre-booked choice of Crazy Bear venue, you’ll be warmly greeted and asked to complete a questionnaire to provide your therapist with medical and contact information. When it’s time for your massage, you’ll be shown to your decadent treatment room which will be gently fragranced from the candle-warmed oils to be used for your 60 minute treatment.

- Please note that this Thai massage treatment is not available to pregnant women
- If you have any current or previous injuries or health problems, please contact The Crazy Bear to discuss if this treatment is suitable for you
Availability
Your voucher is valid until 30 December 2022 and cannot be extended. Bookings must be made before 30 November 2022.
This experience is available 10.00 to 19.00, seven days a week until 30 December 2022. All bookings are subject to availability and some date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible before the expiry date listed on your voucher.
The massage will last 1 hour but we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked time.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
