A lovely place to stay
We stayed at The Grove for 2 nights. We stayed in one of the orchard rooms. The room was bright, clean and airy and very comfortable. The en-suite was large and had all the toiletries necessary. The only downside was the long wait for breakfast on the 2nd day but when it did arrive it was very good.

Birthday celebration
Wonderful situated Hotel and grounds. Excellent food. Service at morning breakfast by younger staff need more direction, very willing but need to know the system of service as given by senior staff members.

It was OK
The room was in a nice setting, was clean and well presented. The heating didn’t work and we had an engineer come to our room twice. He just adjusted the thermostat both times and we remained without heating for the rest of the stay. We were given electric heaters instead though. Couldn’t connect to the wifi. Food in the restaurant was OK but the breakfast gave me a nearly immediate upset stomach. The stay wasn’t horrendous but wasn’t anything to write home about either. We wouldn’t go again.
