Newcastle United Roof Top Tour for Two

On arrival at St James’ Park (in good time for your pre-booked tour) you’ll sign in at reception before starting off with a short briefing on what to expect along with health and safety guidelines and a chance to see some of the famous landmarks in the briefing room. You will be given a hard hat and hi visibility-vest to wear for the duration of the tour. Binoculars will also be available. Once up on the roof two expert rooftop tour guides will provide a running commentary, at three viewing platforms, of interesting aspects of the city skyline and beyond.

Your tour will finish on pitch side so you can see a different perspective of the roof and the height you have just visited, with more great photo opportunities.

• Under 16s must be accompanied by a full paying adult
• Minimum height: 4ft
• To take a roof top tour you must :
  Complete a declaration form in the presence of your guide
  Have a reasonable fitness level
  Inform your Roof Top guide of any current medical conditions which may impact on your ability to participate in the tour.
• You cannot take part in the Roof Top tour if you:
  Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  Have undergone surgery in the past 6 months or have any broken bones
  Are over 24 weeks pregnant (participants less than 24 weeks must seek medical advice in advance of their visit and must produce a doctor’s certificate in order to take part in the tour.)
• Because the roof top tour operates at height and includes climbing, walking on a narrow walkway and exposure to all types of weather, it is important to note that the following may impact on your ability to participate:
  Heart conditions / angina
  Vertigo / dizziness / fear of heights / loss of balance
  Respiratory conditions
  Visual impairment
  Depression
  Epilepsy
  Back, joint or limb injuries
  Severe or uncontrolled asthma
  A seizure or fit in the past six months

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

This experience is available on selected Saturdays and Sundays from May to September at 12.00 and 14.00. The voucher cannot be used on a match day and other date restrictions may apply. Please contact the supplier at the time of booking for updated availability.

Bookings must be made one week in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.

Tours take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the booked tour time.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
