What happens on the day?
Your stadium tour comprises of two parts. You will pick up your multimedia handset at the start, choosing the content you want to listen to and following its guidance from the newly-expanded Main Stand to the Player’s Tunnel. This will include the Kop and Home Team Dressing Room and Press Room.
You will also enjoy a visit to the club’s museum, The Liverpool FC Story. Highlights include The Boom Room, packed with fascinating memorabilia and behind-the-scenes stories. An unmissable experience for any Liverpool FC fan.

Availability
Please make a note of the expiry date on your voucher. Your experience needs to have been booked and taken by this date.
The Liverpool FC Tour is available daily throughout the year (excluding home match days).
Week days Only (Monday - Friday)
The LFC Stadium Tour is a guided audio tour that starts on the time you have chosen. If booking The LFC Stadium Tour on a week day, please ensure that you check in at reception no later than 15 minutes before your tour time allocated.
Weekends Only
The LFC Stadium Tour is a self-guided audio tour that can be taken at your own pace. You are able to arrive at Anfield and start your tour at any time within your booked time slot. This self-guided audio tour is available on Weekends and School Holidays ONLY.
We recommend you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability
Please allow approximately 3 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Fantastic Experience
Tour guide was very informative but also entertaining. We got to se everything we expected as well as going pitch side for photos and a talk about the stadium. Well worth going as a Liverpool fan.

Amazing day
What a great experience for any LFC fan. The tour was brilliant with loads of interesting things to see and some innovative use of video and audio to help you visualise the full match day experience. Staff at LFC were superb and a credit to their club and city.

A great day out

A fantastic behind the scenes tour
It was a fantastic experience, getting to go round the inside of the Stadium what you wouldn't normally see. There is so much to look at and to take lots of photos. You can go sit in the changing rooms and sit in the same place some of the world class players sit and get changed. You get to walk pitchside and take in the surroundings of the full stadium, (it would be fantastic if it was a full stadium) listening to the noise.

Greatest day..a dream come true
Great your guide great service and great experience If your a liverpool fan or football fan do it... One thing go during season time as pitch work was being done pre season but that's nobody's fault just timing but even so just such a great tour

Really easy to redeem the voucher code on the LFC website. The tour covered much more than just the current stadium. A lot of content in the stadium and museum. Really friendly tour guides with lots of passion and knowledge of the club.

Brilliant day.
Had a great day at the Liverpool stadium tour, museum and exhibition. Covid guidelines were clear and well managed. These did not reduce our enjoyment of the day. Highly recommended. Virgin Experience had extended our voucher by 6 months which allowed us more time to arrange and enjoy this experience. Thank you.

Incredible Day
Amazing day! Stadium is fantastic along with the Museum, Boots Bar and Shop. Attentive and caring Staff/Guides. I went with my elderly Father who has trouble walking and he was extremely well looked after. A MUST FOR ANY LFC FAN.

A mind blowing day
From start to finish I was in awe of this beautiful stadium. My partner purchased it for my Christmas present and it's the best gift i have ever had. All staff were amazing and helpful and i was more in awe at ever turn.

Went to Liverpool FC stadium for a walk around your and enjoyed every minute of it I've been a Liverpool FC fan for 46 years and never had the money or opportunity to see around the grounds or club before as I live in Birmingham got the virgin gift voucher as a present and it was worth every penny
