Private Ceramics Workshop for Two with Katherine Fortnum
Overview
Unleash your creativity with a lucky friend and get hands on with clay at this Private Ceramics Workshop for Two with Katherine Fortnum.
It’s up to you what you’d like to create, and you’ll be able to get in touch with your teacher, award-winning ceramicist Katherine Fortnum, to discuss your aims beforehand. On the day, you’ll be guided through the skills you need, before exploring a variety of building and decorating techniques. You’ll create an item from scratch, adding decoration and colour within the session to produce a finished piece.
You’ll leave your creations at the studio to be dried out and bisque fired. They’ll be available for collection or postage roughly 8 weeks later, ready to take pride of place in your home.

Best Christmas Present from my daughter
My daughter and I had a wonderful day with Katherine Fortnum in her Ceramics Studio. Katherine took time to show us the techniques we would need for our pots and helped us at every stage to produce amazing pots. We paid extra for glazing and extra time (2hours sped by) and had such a fun day with lots of giggles. Definitely the best Christmas present I’ve had from my daughter. Would recommend to any adults.
