Mini Chocolat Class and Champagne Afternoon Tea with Eric Lanlard at Cake Boy

You will arrive at the Cake Boy boutique at 09.30 to begin your Mini Chocolat Class. Recreate and decorate Eric’s Valrhona chocolate & raspberry torte and a dozen truffles.

Tea and coffee is provided on arrival and after the class, when your gorgeous creations are boxed up and ready to take home, you can sit back and relax to be served your wonderful afternoon tea. Tuck into a selection of filled petit pains, and fine mini pastries including French macaroons, fruit tarts and gourmet shots, washed down with Champagne.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
