G&T in hand, you’ll be guided by an expert through the process of choosing your own botanicals, weighing them accurately, diluting your spirit and finally distilling and labelling your very own bottle to take home.
Throughout the evening you’ll enjoy unlimited Gin and Tonics from the complete Gyre and Gimble range, as well as learning about the fascinating history of the spirit. Head home with your own 70cl bottle of gin, with your recipe on record to be reproduced at any time in the future.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll kick things off with a gin and tonic as your expert guide shows you how to choose your botanicals – with over 30, there are plenty to choose from! Learn how to dilute your spirit, before distilling and labelling your very own bottle to take home.
Along the way you’ll enjoy unlimited Gin and Tonics throughout the experience and learn about gin’s history, before heading home with your bottle.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- There is no disability access, the experience is held on the first floor and there is a flight of stairs before entrance
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
The experience is available on Fridays 19.00 to 21.00 and Saturdays 16.00 to 18.00. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
