Stunning hotel
Staying at The White Horse Dorking was a stunning experience. The hotel was of good decor and the beds 💯 % comfortable for a great nights sleep. The room was a good size and the bathroom we’re in good clean condition. My only criticism was the tea/coffee making facility the coffee bags not very nice.

Excellent dog friendly hotel
I would highly recommend the White Horse. The staff were all very welcoming. It is a beautiful traditional building while still being modern. The bar area is a great bonus and it had a lovely dining area. It has an excellent choice of food and drink- many veggie options for dinner and Breakfast. Dogs are very welcome in all areas which is a big positive as you can eat your meals with them. All staff were very kind to our big dog. The hotel is a great base for a walking weekend. Thank you!

Beautiful and peaceful stay
Bought the voucher as a present for my boyfriend so he could choose what type of location to go for. The chosen one was superb, beautiful and very well looked after hotel. Lovely welcome, beautiful room and good food. Also happy to accommodate the changes due to unforeseen circumstances we had to do! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean and spotless hotel
The Receptionist, Jenny, was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The only downside to our stay was the Breakfast. Not great and too pricey for what it is. Although the staff were extremely polite and friendly they were poorly trained and forgetful. Weren't given any bread, had no side plates and a waitress gave my wife a cup from a used table. The whole breakfast experience need a major shakeup, then this hotel will be a 10/10.

Lovely location
Hotel was clean, location was beautiful, adequate room, lovely shower, small bed for 2 people, breakfast was average, although it's the first full English I'veever had that didn't come with beans, it came with the deal otherwise it would have been way overpriced at £15.95 each, home made smoothie was a nice touch though.

Not what I expected
The details that led me to book this said it was a charming hotel with views of the rolling Surrey hills. The rooms were pokey. The first one we were allocated was in an annex and had a view of a black painted all. No light in the room. I complained and we were moved, eventually to one with a view of the car park. (The one in between had frosted glass on the window). The hotel looks out on to The Works, see photo, rather than the hills. I was not informed that I needed to pre book parking.
