Excellent customer service
The staff at Mercure Inverness were all very attentive, customer focussed and very helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable and the outlook over the river was lovely. We shall definitely be back.

Great location
Was a fab location. Room very basic but modern. We were only really sleeping there. Think the Guinness was off or something as one of us was violently ill after only 2 pints. That kinda ruined the weekend but never mind. Breakfast was lovely and staff all very nice and friendly.

Not really an experience...
The Hotel was nice - lovely foyer, clean room, firm bed. No sockets on either side of the bed - so impractical! Staff were a mixed bag - receptionist was friendly and chatty but slow to book us in - at least she was trying to connect with us, the other receptionist, although quick, didn't give tailored service to the two rooms she booked in. Other staff seemed disingenuous. Not the expected 'experience'.
