What happens on the day?
You and your guest will be warmly welcomed on your arrival and shown to your Classic room featuring flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi.
You’ll be perfectly situated to make the most of your time in the city, before enjoying a restful night’s sleep and breakfast served in the Buchanan Suite the next morning.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.
Your experience will be for one night.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
