What happens on the day?

Arrive at the Mercure Newbury Elcot Park Hotel for check in between 14.00 and 15.00. You and your guest will be directed to your wonderful twin or double room. Here you will sleep for the night under crisp white sheets. But first, you will be served a delicious dinner in the hotel's brasserie.

In the morning enjoy a delicious breakfast for two that should set you up for the day. Check out is between 10.00 and 11.00 on the day of departure.

Availability

Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.

Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

Your experience will be for one night.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
