Nice food, ok staff but a little run down hotel
You can tell the restaurant areas are the crown jewel of the hotel, they seem well maintained and the waiting staff were very attentive. However, the hotel itself was looking a bit tired. The room we got was quite small. There was wallpaper peeling off, there were bulbs out. It seemed clean, just not as nice as we expected. I asked for a new bulb for the lamp to be told there was no maintenance staff in, she’ll see what she can do. If I was paying full price, I’d be disappointed.
