What happens on the day?

When you arrive at the Chester Abbots Well Hotel for check in between 14.00 and 15.00 you will be directed to your splendid twin or double room where you and your guest will feel at home. You will find your room complete with a flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom.

Relax or head out to explore the local area and that night you will enjoy a delicious meal followed by a pleasant night’s sleep. In the morning you can tuck into breakfast before check out between 10.00 and 11.00.

Availability

Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.

Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

Your experience will be for one night.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Stayed 09/11/2019. Nice hotel, nice food. Service terrible, Took 1 1/2 hours to check in (there was a fire alarm in the middle of check in but still abysmally slow), 20 minutes to get served at the bar (in a queue of 3), 3 hours to have dinner. Gave up waiting for drinks in the restaurant, fetched our own from the bar instead. Had fish and chips and waitress couldn't find any vinegar! When we mentioned issues on checkout, was told the manager was off and the staff were lazy when this happens!
