You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. What happens on the day?

Upon arrival at the Green House Hotel, Bournemouth, you’ll be welcomed by staff before being shown up to your double or twin accommodation. Beautiful Stay

The Green House Hôtel in Bournemouth was just perfect ! Everything from the minute you walk in till the minute you leave was lovely. Including every staff member who we encountered, counted have been more helpful.

Lovely hotel

The Green House hotel was a lovely stay. With it being a boutique hotel it has its quirks, but as long as you can see past the noisy rooms you will have a lovely stay. 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach and RAF memorial.

Beautiful hotel

We have just spent 1 night here and we were blown away with how beautiful the room was and how amazing the bathroom was This was a dream for anyone with a disability handles everywhere in the beautiful walk in shower The staff were courteous The breakfast was tasty with lots of choice And only a 12 min walk from the centre of Bournemouth We will defo be back A+++++

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. Very clean. We were in a ground floor room with disabled access. The room was a good size with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft pillows and a good duvet. The bathroom was large with a wet room with wheelchair access and a seat. Good quality soap,shampoo and towels are provided. Previous reviews mention night time noise coming from the kitchen next door but we never heard anything. The full English breakfast was a great way to start the day.🌟

A well needed rest!

The hotel is amazing and the staff even better!! My husband and l needed a break after a very difficult time for us. The hotel is situated close to the beach and the pier. A short walk through the park and your into the town. The food in the hotel was locally sourced and the menu was as good as it gets. Plenty of choice and extremley well presented. The hotel is also eco friendly. The staff were very attentive and nothing was to much for them.

Lovely weekend get away

We had such a lovely nights stay at this hotel. The staff were so nice and there was a welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. It was in a great location close to the beach and we slept really well.

Comfortable hotel experience

Lovely hotel with great service. High spec facilities and comfortable. The only thing that would have improved it would be a firmer mattress. Would certainly go again and highly recommend it.

Great stay at the seaside

We were staying at the Green House Hotel in Bournemouth for 1 night as a Christmas present so decided to add another night to our stay and it was well worth it! Food and service excellent. Only criticism was that the maintenance of the hotel needs reviewing. Some of the lights were not working near the lifts and the lift was a bit temperamental too. However the staff were very helpful and did their best to rectify the situation. Excellent quiet location and access to beach and shopping centre.

Excellent

We had an amazing stay here, the room we had was small, but gorgeous and very clean. The bed was super comfy and bathroom lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent little touches, like homemade biscuits in the room and fresh milk in a flask. Breakfast was amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend

Hotel had a Christmas party on, which we wasn’t made aware both when we booked. Restaurant was closed. The music from the party was very loud, we was on the second floor and could very clearly hear the music. We then could hear guests of the party going to their rooms after it ended. Also Felt that because we booked though the virgin experience days they gave us a really pokey room with no bath.
