What happens on the day?
On arrival at your hotel, you’ll be greeted by staff and checked into the Superior Double room. You’re free to spend your time at the hotel as you wish, enjoying the facilities and the comfortable surroundings.
You’ll have the whole city to choose from when it comes to dining, with plenty of restaurants around the corner if you don’t want to travel far and a contemporary restaurant in the hotel itself if you want to dine even closer to your room.
As part of this experience, you’ll each enjoy a tasty (vegan) Full English breakfast, in the morning, setting you up nicely for your day.

Availability
Please note this experience is not available until May 2022
You are able to book your one night break for any day of the week throughout the year (subject to some exclusions).
We recommend you book at least 12 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your experience will be for one night. Check into the hotel will be after 15.00 and departure by 12.00 the following morning.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Food was amazing
10/10 for the food. Enjoyed the breakfast in our suite. Room was spacious, very clean, beautiful and staff were great. The free coffee in the room was quality! Things that could improve: More t.v. chanels or ability to cast Less plastic waste by having refill soap and shower gel

Great location, good food, friendly staff
Great location, just a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park. The hotel is clean and comfortable and quite modern and stylish. The breakfast was good we had a full English and wasn't aware till we sat down that the kitchen was vegan although they did make an exception by offering eggs. The food was good.

Straightforward and thoroughly enjoyable
I booked this experience as a birthday surprise for my partner and I'm pleased to say it was very well received. The booking information was detailed and accurate enough to avoid any hassle when attending which made my day as the organiser straightforward. The experience itself was entertaining and enjoyable from start to finish. There is little I can think of to improve the experience apart from perhaps providing a map or information of other local attractions. I'd definitely book again. Thanks

a lovely break in London
we stayed at La Suite West Hotel for one night, hotel is very modern Japanese feel to it and is literally just a couple of minutes walk from Bayswater tube station. Comfortable if somewhat small room with a lovely view out over the street. The room was a bit 'tired' looking with hole in carpet and in need of a lick of paint, but it was fine and the restaurant is vegan and did lovely cooked breakfast.

Perfect break
The hotel was in a lovely location, it was lovely especially for my friend who was Vegan, we had the breakfast which I really enjoyed. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location, good hotel
Right near all the main attraction sights or a short tube journey away. The hotel is nice and they have clearly invested in the decor and features - However it does seem slightly dated in places or maybe that was just our room. I would still recommend

Wow, what a shower
Looked very nice from outside and so close to two underground stations. Walked into a very tidy reception and received a very warm and friendly welcome. Room was plain but very neat and tidy, only complaint was that our only window was up really high and looked out onto a wall. Would of been nice to have view. Shower was absolutely amazing and heated bathroom floor was lovely. Slept well and enjoyed a quite good breakfast. Hotel allowed us to leave out luggage with them so we could enjoy London.

The hotel and room was really nice, clean and great theme. Parking is recommended at Q Park Queensway not Park Lane as it is quite a distance.

Average hotel for not average price
The hotel is incredibly dark. The spec is not to a very high standard e.g. the bath was peeling away. It just felt a bit claustrophobic. However, the staff are attentive and helpful and the restaurant is brilliant with exceptional breakfast!

Bedroom was so tiny we did not stay
We walked into the room to discover it was tiny, only just fitting in a double bed, I could not walk past my wife in the room and there was no where to store our travel bag without falling over it. The room is marketed as a ""Superior Double Room" which is absolutely not the case. The bathroom was a couple of feet from the bed and had no door, so the toilet was in effect right next to the bed. My wife was so upset we ended up moving to another hotel for the night.
