Family Visit to The Slide at The ArcelorMittal Orbit with Cake and Hot Drinks
Overview
Take the world’s tallest and, at 178m, the world’s longest tunnel slide with this family admission to The Slide at The ArcelorMittal Orbit. Spiral down what is also the UK’s tallest public artwork, shoot through light and dark breathing in dramatic cityscape views as you go.
During your 40 second trip, you’ll cruise at speeds of up to 15 miles per hour, weaving your way through the ArcelorMittal Orbit's iconic loops and curves. Build up some momentum in the corkscrewing ‘bettfeder’ or ‘bedspring,’ before finishing up your run with a 50m hurtle straight back down to earth.
Having safely touched down, you can make your way over to the Last Drop opposite the ArcelorMittal Orbit for a hot drink and cake after your exhilarating slide.

Fun
Really enjoyed the experience with Grandchildren. Sadly,Missed out on the photographs, not shown copies and only realised on the way home we hadn't ordered any. Tried to contact the digital team but they didn't get back to me. So very disappointed that we have no record of our day which was a birthday present for one of the grandchildren

Took my children and they loved it. A lovely touch was the drink and cake after the slide. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Lots to do in the area as well.

Great slide experience loved by all the family
This was a great thing to do for the whole family. It was loved by the kids (12 and 9) as well. The reason for not giving a 5 star review is the 'cake and hot drink' bit. Poor selection of average cake the kids did not even finish which is unheard of. I would not bother with this bit and just head into Westfield and refuel there!

Waste of time and money
Slide was running nearly 1 hour late, no explanation given. After waiting almost 40 minutes and asking on a couple of occasions what time our 3'0 clock booking would be, was told you can have a refund if you like.
