What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen hotel, you’ll be greeted by staff and checked into either your twin or double room. You’re free to spend your time at the hotel as you wish. Each hotel is different, some will have leisure facilities and others won’t, but you’re sure to find yourself in comfortable surroundings no matter where you choose. As part of this experience, you’ll each enjoy a tasty full English breakfast on both mornings of your stay, setting you up nicely for whatever you have planned for the days ahead in this spectacular short break for two.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. Please ensure you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the experience.

At best this hotel should be charging no more than £60/night. The only saving grace was the food which was excellent, but a bit pricey! It lacked friendliness, too starchy for my liking. We got the wrong room at first, as we requested a balcony room. No one told us the time for breakfast or where it was served! We ended up too early by half an hour and had to wait outside There was a smell like a nursing home as we went upstairs! The rooms were not worth £125/ night. We won't be returning.
