What happens on the day?
On arrival at your chosen Greene King establishment, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and shown through to your double or twin room. From there, your time is yours to spend as you wish; with so many options to choose from, you can tailor your getaway to your own preferences.
The two of you can enjoy a tasty cooked or continental breakfast on each morning of your stay, perfect for setting you up for the day’s activities.

Availability
Your two night stay is available seven days a week. All bookings are subject to availability.
We recommend you book your stay at least four weeks in advance to have the best possible chance of securing your chosen dates. All stays are subject to availability as some of the more popular sites are booked up months in advance. Once a booking is made and the voucher is claimed please be aware that this cannot subsequently be transferred or refunded.
Check-in is from 14.00 with departure by 11.00.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Excellent service received
The hotel was ideally placed for where we wanted visit. It was nicely decorated and clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful going the extra mile for us and the food was so good we elected to go back the next night rather than eat out (and we weren’t disappointed). Altogether a very pleasurable stay would definitely go there again if we visit the area again

Weekend break
Hotel accommodation very old, dated & tired ...large crack in hand basin & bath panel falling apart. The bed creeked everytime you moved & the mattress was extremely hard. Food was good, staff were very helpful.

A lovely gift from our family
An excellent place to stay. The pub was wonderful, very picturesque and full of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful., couldn't do enough for you. The food was usual pub menu and tI perfect to our taste and a very reasonable price too. The breakfasts vwere superb. The accommodation was on the opposite side of the road away from the pub and was lovely, with a little outdoor space with tables. We booked a return visit with friends the first of many.

Pet friendly hotel
We stayed at the manor hotel in Yeovil. Pet friendly luckily for us as we had to bring the dog. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but free :) rooms are dated but clean. Area around hotel is not nice. Lots of teens drinking and screaming/shouting late at night n

First time away from home this year
My husband and I had the best time whilst staying here, from the moment we arrived the staff was amazing, extremely friendly and really easy to chat to, the room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was very nice and so much choice, really set you up for the day would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The hotel we choose was lovely and all the staff were really helpful. Definitely recommend The Darrington Hotel and also Pontefract had plenty of pubs and some nice shops

Farmhouse inn
Had a lovely time the inn was pretty basic but all staff members were very friendly and welcoming would definitely stay here again. There is a pub connected to the inn food lovely but service a bit slapdash

Two Nights at the De Trafford Alderley Edge
This was the Hotels first weekend opening after the Winter Lockdown due to coronavirus. All the staff were extremely professional and hard working ensuring that everyone was safe. The hotel was very clean in a lovely setting and nothing was too much trouble for any one . I would recommend this venue to others and look forward to returning again.

Fisherman's Tavern
Bought Ferry first visit proper little gem of a place. Staff are very helpful friendly polite nothing is a bother. Accommodation beautiful very clean and modern. Food is amazing plenty of choice on menu. Also loads of choice of drinks..Will definitely return.

2 night break, excellent
Stayed at the Waterside in Warrington, nice large room, very comfy bed, room was nice and clean. We used the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals, could not fault it, brilliant menu, lots of choice and the food was delicious, staff were lovely and friendly, will definitely be going back.

Lovely stay
Stayed here for two nights. On arrival was made to feel welcome by the Manager & staff, not rushed & enjoyed a few drinks with exceptional service. All safety measures were explained to us & what was also expected from us as guests. Room was clean ,spacious & met our needs. We ate at the pub both nights & food was tasty & quick service. Breakfast was also tasty & hearty with exceptional service from the staff who ensured our needs were met . Overall a lovely stay, polite, friendly staff.

A great getaway - the first this year
The Old Ferry Boat staff looked after us well and we felt safe. The food was good and the fillet steak got top marks. We visited the surrounding area including St Ives and did a long circular walk along the River Ouse Valley. A most enjoyable break. A big thank you to all the staff at the Ferry Boat.

Two night British Inn Break
Had a great time exploring the Suffolk villages nearby. The hotel felt very safe with all the Covid measures in place and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant each night and enjoyed all our meals which were always served piping hot. Will visit again soon as Long Melford is a very interesting village.

Nicely refurbished room in Historic Hungerford
We beneftied from a room that had recently been refurbished,so all clean and new in a very old building with wonky floors (so blocks under the bed to make it level. Nice 2 night B&B experience in Hungerford walking the Downs & towpaths in the area. Staff very helpful and friendly - even with the challenges of face masks

Weekend break
Lovely hotel, staff were friendly happy people. The rooms need some attention, headboard was scruffy. The only thing that spoilt the stay were the other guests lack of respect when rushing out at 8am for breakfast and letting their heavy doors slam shut.

Well deserved break

Christmas present
Had the 2 night break off our daughter for Christmas. Stayed at the old manse hotel, at bourton on the water. Had a lovely time touring the cotswolds, something we had not done for a long time. Had a fantastic time all thanks to our daughter.

Lovely stay
We had two nights at the Kings Head and although I didn't sleep well, it wasn't anything to do with the massive bed we had. I just don't sleep well. The room was lovely, clean, as I said massive bed and very nice. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and home cooked. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. :)

Weekend in the Country
Upon arrival easy check in at the bar. Friendly staff advised up about dinner and breakfast arrangements. Room had everything we needed with comfy beds and good shower. The only negative comment we had is that the walls were quite thin and doors banged as it was a very windy weekend. We had dinner in the bar.Lovely, tasty meal and good portion sizes. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choices for all and again very friendly courteous and helpful staff.Thank you

Cute weekend away in Brighton
My first time in Brighton and lovely little get-away for me and my partner. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and allowed us to check in early. The white horse has some lovely events for customers and we really enjoyed the Rock and Roll Bingo on Friday night. The only downside would have been the breakfasts which were quite small and bland. However a great trip away, and a lovely little treasure hunt to finish off our trip in Rottingdean.

Excellent 2 Night Stay
Can't recommend The Lamb Hotel, Ely highly enough. First class customer service from start to finish. Room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts both mornings were top notch. We also ate there both nights and the meals were excellent and good value for money. All the staff were polite and happy to help. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The perfect place for a few days away...
We found the Abbeyfield the perfect base. Friendly staff, excellent food, a great drinks menu and a clean and comfortable room to come back to after exploring the surrounding area. Check-in was easy and there was also ample parking behind the restaurant...and it was free! There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely weekend
