What happens on the day?

On arrival you and your guest will be welcomed by the concierge team and show to a Classic room, complete with flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi and pretty views of the hotel grounds.

In the evening, make your way to the Brasserie restaurant where you will be served a delicious dinner chosen from a menu featuring a mix of traditional Scottish fare and contemporary European cuisine. A hearty breakfast is served in the morning, after which you will complete your stay feeling revitalised and refreshed.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 18
The Mercure Perth hotel has two accessible twin bedrooms which are situated on a higher ground floor; use of chair lift is necessary to access bedrooms
The main restaurant is situated on the first floor There is no lift access, however meals can be served in the main bar on the ground floor. Please contact the hotel direct to discuss available facilities

Availability

Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.

Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

Your experience will be for one night.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
