Distill Your Own Gin with G&Ts and Tour for Two at Piston Gin School

On arrival at Piston Gin, you’ll be welcomed in fitting style with a G&T crafted with Piston’s own award-winning gin. Take a tour of the beautiful, repurposed distillery as you get the lowdown on the art of distillation from an expert, before the two of you take your place behind your shared copper pot still. You’ll choose your key notes and ingredients from over 70 botanicals, and with guidance, you’ll experience the distillation process.

Whilst it’s underway, there’ll be time for you to enjoy another G&T and some delicious, locally-sourced nibbles. Once complete, you’ll taste and label your own gin, ready to bottle in a stunning Piston bottle and take home. There’ll no doubt be enough left for the two of you to enjoy a final G&T before heading back, too!

Tours are available Friday and Saturday and during the week subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
