What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club you’ll check in at the Country Club reception before picking up your clubs and heading out onto the Championship East Course.
You can take as long as you need to get through the 18 holes, breathing in fresh Scottish air all the while, before your choice of afternoon or gentleman’s tea served in the hotel’s Douglas Lounge or Cocktail Bar.

Availability
The experience is available seven days a week throughout the year, subject to availabiltiy.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 1 hour for tea and 4 hours for the round of golf, however this may vary slightly depending on your ability.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
