ArcelorMittal Orbit Skyline Views for Two Adults
Overview
Take a visit to the iconic ArcelorMittal Orbit; the UK’s tallest sculpture and part of the lasting legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games. Designed by artist Anish Kapoor, the ArcelorMittal is 114.5m tall and towers over Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, its red scaffolding swirls making it a striking addition to the landscape.
You’ll travel in the lift to the very top of the structure to get a hawk’s eye view of the park below and the sprawling city beyond. Enjoy the interactive displays that help you interpret the views and stand in front of the distinctive concave mirrors that’ll flip your perspective and turn the horizon on its head. Then, if you think you’ve got the stamina, descend to the ground via the 455 steps, immersing yourself in the sounds of London as you go.

Fantastic birthday treat for a loved one!
I booked my boyfriend a experience day to the ArcelorMittal Orbit for his birthday. It was fantastic! He really enjoyed it and we both deffinetly will remember this experience for life! Paying just £50 for the two of us is such good money and worth it. Also very easy to book. Thank you Virgin, we will be booking again :) - Georgina

A great experience
I enjoyed the views and reading the information given on each building. Staggered entry times meant no queues to get in. Slide down was scary but exhilarating; a great experience. I'm glad I did it! At 63 I was probably twice as old as most using slide! Queuing system for the slide was well organised to keep numbers waiting down. Walking down the steps enabled me to realise just how high it was; not sure that the sound experience added much though. A good and memorable day out. Recommend it.

Problematic
Though Virgin Experience Days is great, the orbit wasn’t a great experience. We booked tickets over the phone and were told that the slide (main reason for getting these) wasn’t included, but we could book it on the day. When we arrived we were told it had sold out, which was very disappointing. I think it should be made clearer that the slide is not included in this ticket! Also, maybe consider including it in the ticket, not overly fun watching other people ride the slide.

Not quite what it seemed
I was bought these vouchers as a gift and I think the person was very misled by what the ticket actually included. The slide - which is the main attraction isn’t included in this ticket and we had to pay an extra £10 in order to use the slide, the person who bought the voucher couldn’t believe this and was annoyed that what they had bought didn’t live up to expectations due to what was actually included
