Royal Albert Hall Tour and Afternoon Tea for Two
Overview
See inside London’s most famous music hall and enjoy some traditional refreshment with this Royal Albert Hall Tour and Afternoon Tea for Two.
There’s a history of tea being taken at the Royal Albert Hall, with the first tea party taking place just over 100 years ago. You can continue that tradition at the Hall’s curved Verdi restaurant, where you’ll indulge in a feast of sweet and savoury treats. You’ll each get to enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, desserts, and a pot of refreshing tea.
Along with your Afternoon Tea you’ll also be able to take a tour of one of the most famous venues in the world as it prepares for the next amazing performance. Journey from the front of the Hall through to the spectacular auditorium, including the view from the Gallery as well as an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Royal Retiring Room.

The guide was very helpful and informative everyone there were making sure you had aour good time. Yea and service in the restaurant was first class, I have been to venues before when after seeing them on the television turned out to be a bit of an anticlimax not the case here, the Albert Hall fully lived up to and went beyond our expectations

Fabulous Tour
We really enjoyed this behind the scenes tour of The Royal Albert Hall. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and took time to answer our questions. The history is fascinating, so worth listening to. We enjoyed it so much that when it finished we immediately booked two tickets for that evenings performance. Afternoon tea, which followed our tour was delicious - just make sure you go with an empty stomach, it’s hard to resist polishing it all off!

Great Ruby Wedding Gift
Tour of the Royal Albert Hall was carried out by a very enthusiastic guide who talked about the history of the theatre before leading us around the building to all the important areas. The guide talked in great detail about the orchestras, artists and shows that had played the venue giving reference to the photos placed around the corridor at every level. The tour was followed by afternoon tea, which was absolutly amazing. The young waitress was very helpful regarding my dietary needs

Fabulous afternoon tour and tea.
Guide made the tour, interesting ,informative and entertaining. Did think when we got tickets an hour is a long tour time, but it flew by, especially as you get to sit in a box and ask guide questions half way through tour, very knowledgeable young man who answered all the different questions from the small group we were in.Will look at Royal Albert Hall in totally new light, and didn’t realise standing tickets from £15 with amazing view own bar and loos in a huge space , will definitely book show

a special day of celebration
Tour and afternoon tea at the Royal Albert Hall, a perfect way to celebrate 45 years of marriage. The staff from the collection of our tickets to the young man who was our hour long tour guide were all polite and very helpful. The afternoon tea made up of a variety of sandwiches, warm scones with jam and cream, and a selection of cakes, with as many pots of tea as you wish.

Great experience
What a fantastic building 148 years old. We were told all about the history and what the building has been used for by so many people over the years. Afternoon tea was very tasty in the restaurant after the tour. We were able to reach this venue by the Bus 702 dropped us right outside.

excellent afternoon
My husband and I were gifted a tour of the Royal Albert Hall, with afternoon tea, by our grandchildren in London. The tour was very interesting and our guide couldn't be faulted - informative, pleasant manner and humour added to our enjoyment. The tea which followed was excellent, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented. The dainty cakes were amazing - and delicious. We would recommend this experience without reservation.

Great Tour of the RAH
The highlight of the experience was the tour of the Royal Albert Hall, the guide was full of information and was very clearly spoken, it didn't feel rushed in any way. The Afternoon tea was good, but not exceptional, not very busy, and though we were booked, it felt as if they were not ready for us

Albert’s Hall
The Albert Hall is all about Victoria’s Albert, notice the little gold ‘a’ which appears everywhere. Our tour guide was brilliant, told us not only about Albert but many little titbits about artists who have performed there and also famous visitors. Didn’t rush us either, gave us an hour and a quarter of his time instead of an hour. Really interesting but lighthearted as well. Followed by a lovely tea. What more could we ask. Worth a visit.

Royal Albert Hall Tour and Afternoon Tea!
Our tour of the Royal Albert Hall was led by our very knowledgable guide Richard Dacre. It was extremely interesting, informative and amusing. The building was stunning and has so much history. We were given the opportunity to sit in a 'box' and visit many areas we would not otherwise have had access to. Thank you to Richard! We then had an excellent Afternoon Tea in the lovely Verdi Restaurant, where the service and food could not be faulted. I would highly recommend this experience.
