You will be served a delicious display of teatime treats ranging from dainty sandwiches to mouth-watering cakes and pastries, and freshly baked scones with clotted cream and organic strawberry jam. All this will be accompanied by your choice of fine tea or coffee and, of course, your glass of chilled Champagne.

What happens on the day?
When you arrive at the Bentley Hotel in London, you will be shown to your table in the Peridot restaurant and served your delicious afternoon tea for two. Tuck in to pastries and cakes that are handmade daily to ensure freshness and attention to detail. You will also enjoy finger sandwiches and scones with clotted cream with jam.
Choose from a fine list of teas and coffees to accompany your teatime treats and to top it all off you’ll each enjoy a glass of chilled Champagne.
Please note: a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult but will not be served with champagne. An alternative will be offered
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Available Monday to Friday, from 15.00 to 18.00. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for your tea.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

What a special time!
This experience was a gift from lovely friends. We arrived at least half an hour early, this was not a problem, we were greeted by the lovely people there, seated and were very well looked after. The food was delicious, the place was amazing, all in all a wonderful time!

Lovely afternoon tea
Booked for the champagne afternoon tea at the Bentley. The staff were lovely and helpful, the tea was delicious and there was a wide selection of cakes, scones and sandwiches. The hotel itself is beautiful and grand, I would highly recommend.

Very Relaxing
My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. Staff were all pleasant and food was excellent. Nice surrounding. Only one strange thing was that it was 21st February and a Christmas CD was playing. Waitress said that the playlist was always the same. We are music teachers, other people may not have noticed.

The Best Value in Town
We have been to The Bentley for Afternoon Tea on a number of occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The sandwiches have a good choice of fillings and are always lovely and fresh,the scones are warm and the cakes make your mouth water. Compared to a number of more expensive places we have been to , The Bentley is much better value. Would certainly recommend it.

Delicious afternoon tea
My friend and I booked a champagne afternoon tea at the Bentley as a treat to ourselves. The hotel is on a residential street so a bit quiet but the food and service was excellent. We left very satisfied.

Delicious Deluxe Cream Tea for two in London
My daughter bought me a deluxe champagne tea for two, for my Xmas present. It was for the Bentley Hotel in London, just minutes from Gloucester Rd. tube station. I invited a very good friend to meet me there and we had a really lovely experience; fresh sandwiches, selection of mini-cakes and warm scones with cream and jam; plus a choice of tea and a glass of champagne each. We couldn't eat it all. Service was excellent and the hotel is small and luxurious. Highly recommended.

Loved the scones
Greeted by friendly front of house staff at The Bentley Hotel and given a choice to sit where myself and my friend wanted to. Nice choice of tea and sandwiches. Loved the scones, however would've loved a Victoria sponge as part of the cake selection instead of the odd cucumber panna cotta included. But overall had an amazing experience. :)

Wonderful experience
This was a treat for my mum who was visiting the UK. It was her first afternoon tea experience and she loved it. Beautiful hotel, very attentive staff, lovely atmosphere. Would return & recommend to others. Booking process also was very quick and easy.

What a lovely experience we had at the Bentley Hotel, Kensington for my sisters birthday treat. Truly wonderful staff who were attentive but discreet. We were seated on the raised level which elevated the experience as it was slightly separate to the main restaurant. There are numerous teas to choose but coffee is available too. They cater for most dietary requirements and my gluten free afternoon tea was scrumptious. This is a hidden gem of a hotel.

Relaxing tea
The Bentley Hotel gave us a wonderful afternoon tea; the setting is extremely stylish and just a trip to the ladies was luxurious! The staff were extremely friendly, relaxed and accommodating, and let us stay for as long as we needed. Delicious sandwiches and looked after veggies and nut allergies. Definitely recommend at this hotel.

Wonderful Champagne Afternoon Tea!
This was the perfect gift, in the perfect setting! The food was lovely - especially the scones - and there was so much of it so we were stuffed. Don’t eat before hand! The room is beautiful, a really special venue.

Absolutely lovely tea, everything home made, lots of variety and excellent service. Would definitely recommend. The scones were fresh and warm and we even took a parcel home for the husband as couldn’t eat it all !!

Excellent Cream Tea
The booking experience was faultless The quality of the food (cream tea) was excellent and plentiful. The Hotel staff were extremely attentive and very pleasant. The Hotel decor was vintage and very delightful. We had a lovely afternoon before attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

A splendid tea in magnificent surroundings!
Both my partner and I were delighted with the splendid champagne cream tea served in the magnificently luxurious surroundings of the Bentley Hotel. The staff and service were excellent. When I mentioned that this experience was a 70th birthday present, aslice of cheesecake was produced at the end on a plate reading Congratulations! A very thoughtful extra touch that was most appreciated.

Lovely
Just as we expected. Staff very courteous and helpful. Sandwiches, cakes, scones and champagne lovely. The only let down for us was the jazz music playing in the background but don't let it stop you. Very relaxing afternoon.

Fantastic afternoon
We went for afternoon tea at the Bentley Hotel last Friday. From the monent we arrived we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were both friendly and attentive. The tea was excellent and we had a great time in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will certainly return.

A gentle meal taken before going to a concert
Very polite staff-couldn't be more helpful. Showed us to our table and offered a glass of champagne, It was followed by a choice of teas and then a wonderful selection of signature sandwiches and fancy cakes, all described in detail by the head waiter. The final offering was scones with cream and jam. We were not hurried at all and took our time as the concert was not until much later.

Wonderful Afternoon tea experience
Great welcome and relaxed atmosphere. The champagne was outstanding as were the miniature cakes, scones and sandwiches. Lovely surrounding for a very special afternoon tea where the staff were full of attention. I was offered a belated birthday cake which was a nice and delicious surprise.
