Quirky fun experience
Was a fantastic afternoon, yummy cakes, very strong cocktails. Quirky venue & lots to look at everywhere you went. Live singer playing all the 1940's music & interacting with the crowd. Staff on the welcome desk was funny in character and knew all the information for our visit as it was our 6 anniversary & my Fiance's birthday. We were given a free glass of bubbly & my partner got a cupcake with a candle, sung to by the pianist & a themed birthday card signed by everyone in the venue.! Very cool

This was a fabulous afternoon out for Cocktail Cuppas and Cakes with a lovely lady singer playing and singing old time songs from the 40s. I would highly recommend visiting Cahoots.

Great memory!
Perfect from start to finish! Venue was very unusual and it was fun going back to the 1940’s and have cake and cocktails out of cups and unusual drinking vessels! Great service too! We were entertained for a couple of hours by singer/pianist. Would recommend to anyone!

The most fun day I've had (almost!) 😀
I love the 40s era, clothes, hairstyles, music and every day objects. All most atmospherically achieved at Cahoots. I was (to quote my friend who treated me to the experience) like a kid at Christmas. The lady entertainer was brilliant. The cocktails and cakes were delish- a fabulous experience I shall treasure for ever. ❤️

We had a lovely afternoon in a fabulously recreated wartime underground station. Cocktails, food, and entertainment were all good, especially the ‘Fred Astaire’. Staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun quirky experience.

Cahoots......A Must!
My wife bought the Cocktail Cuppas and Cakes as a Christmas present. We have been to Cahoots before. As our booking was at 3.00 p.m. we weren't too sure what the atmosphere would be like, however we were not disappointed. After guiding people to their tables on an individual basis (which makes the experience more personal) and delivery of our cocktails and cakes the place sprung into life with Lois! She has an awesome voice and includes everyone into joining in some jovial banter. Recommended!

Carhoots
Had a nice time, a little disappointed, with the ‘treats’ a slice of cake ! And also they asked if it was for a special occasion which it was - quickly gave us a shot as we were leaving When they remembered - plus then gave us a bill for the service charge - this was a gift for my 60th birthday why would I then have to pay towards it !!!! I know that the family member who gave me the gift would be disappointed.

Very good experience
Cahoots is a fascinating place with a wonderful atmosphere. The the train seats are a little uncomfortable. There is too much cake and not enough cocktails! Read the small print there is a service charge to pay which is not included in the price of the experience.

Very pleasant
Cahoots was very pleasant indeed and we certainly enjoyed it. The one thing my wife and I found disappointing was the dress code. We telephoned Cahoots the previous day to finalise the arrangements and asked what should be worn and was told smart casual, no jeans and no trainers. Needless to say, we followed the directions and made the effort only to find upon arrival nearly every man had jeans or trainers or both. Either have the rules for everyone or not at all. Rather poor on the dress front.

cocktail cups
we had an enjoyable afternoon at cahoots on Sunday. The atmosphere of the bar was unique and the staff were all very friendly. There was no sign of a toasted tea cake which was disappointing as two of the cakes offered were very creamy and something plainer would have been nice.

Very underwhelmed
It was bought as a birthday and due to Covid-19 we didn’t get the experience paid for, so that was a let down. The food and drinks provided were perfectly acceptable, but overpriced and so we came out a little disappointed and very underwhelmed!

A birthday treat
The afternoon was ok! The entertainment was good and the staff were very welcoming. However we were disappointed in the lack of choice of cakes. The voucher was bought for my daughter as a birthday present. She thought she would get a choice of cakes but the three on offer were not cakes she likes to eat.

Excited but let down on the day
Cahoots was built up to be a great experience to the 1940s. Let down on the day by ill management and venue going off the boil with its concept. The experience should have a live entertainment feature - however singer left sick. (Yes, forgivable, and we hope her a speedy recovery) however no mention from the team and we were left to drink & eat in the 40s station with little else. All waiting for the singer to start.

Service charge
When I phoned up about this event I was told it was cocktails in teapots (not teacups) and variety of cakes, we received one slice of carrot cake, tiny slice of flapjack, and a slice of apple pie, and two teacups of cocktails, and a service charge if £8 which I thought was not acceptable. The music and atmosphere was very good but I won’t be going back again.

Rather rushed
We were fully aware this was for two hours, however our overall experience was one of being rushed. Our understanding was that we would have our first cocktail with cakes, followed by our second cocktail with more cakes. Instead once one plate was cleared it was immediately replaced with the second so when we had our second drink there was nothing to eat with it. Servers were constantly hovering & refilling cups which rather than feeling attentive felt like we were being rushed to finish & go.

Great bar, not great ‘afternoon tea’
The bar is a great concept and looks absolutely the part. The staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great - three full size cakes and two cocktails left us with sugar overload and feeling sick! A balance of savoury and sweet would be a far better option. We were seated in the tube carriage section on tube seats sitting next to one another. It meant we couldn’t face one another and the seating was really uncomfortable. Sadly a missed opportunity!

Cahoots
Wasn’t over impressed, had heard it was a good fun bar, but we went on Sunday afternoon.there was no interaction with any staff, they were polite but just got our drinks and cakes, no music or entertainment at all. I thought it was a bit boring. It is a nice enough bar, different but maybe we just went on the wrong day. Shame as it was a birthday present for a friend
