Outdoor Climbing Experience

Your half-day session will include an introduction to climbing and bouldering, knots and team belaying, safety awareness, climbing techniques and climbing etiquette. Full, professional instruction will be provided throughout to help you feel confident with your climb.

You’ll begin with a safety talk to make sure you are informed on the do’s and don’ts of rock climbing before you start your ascent. Your experience will last up to four hours, so plenty of time to perfect your technique and get as high up on the 30 to 40ft rocks as possible.

• Minimum age: 18
• Maximum weight: 16 stone
• Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for those with disabilities
• Participants should be in reasonable health and have a general level of fitness
• A maximum of two spectators per participant are welcome at no extra charge
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

The experience is available on selected dates from March to November.    

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 4 hours for the experience.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
