Anniversary gift from family
A brilliant gift, loved the Beatles experience. Nice hotel, the only downside was the evening meal was in a hotel quite a long walk from both the hotel and Beatles story. We assumed it would be in the same area.

Beatles experience good, hotel not so hot.
Hallmark hotel Sefton Park is disappointing. An old building not very well maintained, staff helpful and friendly but inexperienced. Breakfast basic buffet , all kept warm too long. Hotel out of city centre, a walk and 15 min bus ride or £8 taxi each way. Beatles story very good ,an interesting fun couple of hours. Dinner was at The Richmond. Again back to the city centre ,not easy by public transport so a taxi ride. Food very good although the restaurant lacked atmospheres.

Beatles experience
We enjoyed our visit to Liverpool and will definitely return but on adding up the cost of each element of our Virgin experience I think we could have organised this ourselves cheaper, which we will be doing next time, for example the hotel we stayed in. We could have booked a higher grade hotel and still it would have been cheaper to do this Beatles experience ourselves.

Beatles experience
The hotel provided was very tired and in need of some TLC! Also it was a good way out of the city centre which wasn't great. The Beatles museum was cool and we ended up extending our break at a nicer hotel in the city centre which allowed us to see more of what we had gone to Liverpool to see. The meal was very good .

Omg what an awful Experience !!
Value for money this was not! The best part of this experience was the Beatles story which we couldn’t fault ... great day out was had. The meal was at a hotel apartment with 3 TVs showing subtitles, Otherwise no atmosphere, staff with no personality and a menu of little choice , as for the hotel which was the other side of Liverpool in a quiet location by Sefton park , the hotel needs a lot of TLC and we were placed in the smallest hotel I’ve ever seen ... I will never try virgin days again

Rubbish rubbish rubbish
Don’t buy any more from Virgin had a really bad experience did not receive what we paid for. The experience was a night at the hotel with dinner and breakfast to be told At check in that they was no kitchen or chef so no dinner and no alternative. They said they aren’t responsible and to contact Virgin experience to sort it out. Contact yourself is a joke no help whatsoever no phone number to use you recommended a chat service that didn’t exist!
