The Royal Albert Hall Tour
Excellent tour and guide was very knowledgeable. Just a shame that due to their being a performance that night, the diva had stressed no photos being taken inside the hall. Afternoon tea was very nice and the vintage crockery was a lovely touch. Can recommend the cocktails too.

Albert Hall "Tour and Tea"
We had never been to The Royal Albert Hall before and found it to be far bigger and far more interesting than we expected. The tour guide was very informative and the cream tea we had included in the package was very enjoyable. As this was a present from a relative on a Wedding Anniversary it was even better!!!

Great Fathers' Day Gift
The tour of the hall was very enjoyable and informative with a guide who was knowledgeable, pleasant and humorous. The champagne tea was very special, with excellent service, a wide choice of special teas and more cakes than you could eat. (The waitress kindly boxed up the remainder for us to enjoy later!)

Tour & afternoon tea at the Albert Hall
The tour was very good. The guide was very informative and interacted well with the group. I had no idea the Albert Hall was so busy! Afternoon tea afterwards was brilliant. I don't like champagne but the waitress substituted it for an Earl Grey Martini cocktail instead. The afternoon tea was delicious, the staff were attentive and friendly and, overall, it was a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Enthusiasm is the key
I recieved this experience as a 'thank you' retirement present from Pinnacle Group. We were greeted by this blonde bundle of joy who carefully and enthusiastically walked us around the various parts of RAH in amongst the melee of setting up for an evening show. We heard history, geography and science all rolled into one! Then topped of by a faultless champagne afternoon tea. Absolutely brilliant!!!

A Wonderful Day
The guide who took us on the tour of the Royal Albert Hall was a joy. He was welcoming and his dialogue flowed from beginning to end. We learnt so much about the buildings' history and had access to areas you would not get to see when seeing a performance. It was such fun. & the afternoon tea was quite delicious and a lovely way to end the visit. The staff were polite and considerate and explained in detail what you were being served. Would recommend.

Royal Albert Hall tour and afternoon tea
Fabulous from start to finish! My sister and I booked the trip as part of my sister's birthday visit to London. The grand tour was first class. Our guide, Alison, was well versed in all aspects of the history of the Royal Albert Hall, and really witty as well. There was a small hiccup with the timing of our (totally delicious) afternoon tea, but the staff were excellent, and altered the timings to help us. Simply splendid!

The Tour was lead by a gentleman called Tony. He was very informative, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. He showed great pride in the Albert Hall. The afternoon tea was very relaxed and the food was excellent. I would certainly recommend this experience.

Underwhelming
Nice tour, but not really going behind the scenes. You don't see a lot that a normal visitor would not see. The Afternoon Tea is alright, but you get better quality in a nicer atmosphere for a better price elsewhere

Champagne Tour of Albert Hall
Tour a complete waste of time just shown photos on walls of past performers, all of which we had seen on visits to previous performances. Nothing of additional interest, guide just seemed to want to talk about the so called celebrities who might have performed there, very little about how the building worked in practice, the architecture, lack of toilets originally, the changes over time etc. Tea however was very good, apart from that a wasted journey
