Set in the restored Athenaeum Theatre with musical memorabilia across every wall, the Hard Rock Cafe in Glasgow brings the restaurant’s distinctive American style to Scotland’s biggest city. You’ll be dining off the gold set menu with delicious mains to choose from – including the Legendary Burger, Twisted Mac, and Chicken and Cheese Pasta – and a tasty Lil Brownie dessert.
In between mouthfuls you can cast your eyes around the restaurant’s collection of memorabilia, with outfits from Angus Young, Keith Richards and The Who, alongside Pink Floyd guitars and Elton John’s fabulous platform boots. With the whole of Glasgow just outside the door, the Hard Rock Cafe is a great place to stop off for some exploration fuel.

What happens on the day?
You must pre-book your experience to beat the queues. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by staff and shown through to your table and presented with the day’s menu.
Kick back, relax and soak up the laid-back vibes and order two-courses of delicious full-bodied fare. Stay hydrated throughout with a bottomless soft-drink to slurp alongside your tasty meal.
Don’t forget to take some time out to check out the memorabilia!

Available seven days a week. Date restrictions may apply. This experience cannot be taken on the following dates: 25 and 31 December.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes to enjoy your meal and the exhibits on display.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Gold menu experience
Lovely surroundings, staff very polite and attentive. Food was amazing , only thing I would say is that the menu is very limited for that experience . But we still enjoyed it. Only a choice of burgers and 1 dessert.

Amazing service and a fantastic server Tam
Perfect place for a perfect meal. Positive can do attitudes best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. Thanks to our server Tam we had the best time and he was full of laughs and stories! Gorgeous place.

Just the tonic that was needed
It was my wife's first time in Glasgow having moved to West Scotland earlier this year and the experience was excellent and to top it off the Hard Rock Cafe meal was spot on.

Lively and good food
Was bought as a Christmas gift and booked in for end of January on a Saturday night. The place was so busy and lively but the staff were brilliant. They got us a seat quickly and made us feel welcome. Food we had was from a different menu called gold menu. Theres not a lot of choice but it was still good. It would of been good if we could of swapped a pudding for a starter. But we ordered starters anyway. Other than that it was a really good evening.

Hardrock Cafe was brilliant, amazing setting and location - however the ‘Gold’ menu present for this experience was extremely limited and didn’t offer much so was disappointing.

The greatest dinning experience
Really didn't think this restaurant was for us. BOY were we wrong great location, great place, amazing staff and the food and drink is out of this world. Could not fault any part of our time there. I can't wait for my return visit. HARDROCK. Totally Rocked thanks all the staff

felt a little like we were being cheap
we got this as a gift for my husband & myself's 50th birthday. on activating the voucher it said a choice of 2 courses & unlimited soft drinks, this was not the case. we had a choice of six mains which was fine & no choice for dessert, it was chocolate brownie. there was no choice to have a starter instead of a main & only one soft drink each. to be honest that was fine, we were willing to pay for any extra items which we did but we were made to feel by our server that we weren't worth his time

Lack of choice on Gold menu
Interesting atmosphere, attentive enthusiastic waiting staff, opened a few minutes later than advertised due to staff briefing. Food good, brownie only dessert choice but was good. A little expensive for what you get. Could do with a few more main dishes to choose from on the Gold menu.

Pft
Booking was not easy online so called up and had to give voucher details over phone. When we got there I had to email it over as was no one could fine it. Felt like a 2nd class citizen when we said we had a pre paid voucher and was told it was the wrong menu that we had. Surely upon arrival we should be given the right menu. Starter was lovely and main was great also. Dessert was not good mind you.

Hard Work!
I was gifted a Virgin experience voucher and decided to spend it on a Hard Rock 'Gold' dining for 2. The process was unbelievably wieldy which in itself was off putting to me. The menu was very limited but the food was actually ok. Overall not worth the hassle

Mmmmm 🤔
We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very attentive, as were all the staff at the Hard Rock Cafe, but the menu was limited with only 4 choices as a main and 1 dessert. So in terms of service I would say great and the food was good but I would have expected more choice on the menu.

Anniversary meal
Quite disappointed at the quality and quantity of food, first time we have been to hard rock so not sure what to expect however the menu was sparse to say the least 4 choices only and service was good but got mixed up and when I said I had ordered the chicken burger the waiter replied “I did not hear than and it will take 15 minutes to cook another” returns 5 minutes later to ask for the unordered burger back I said I was fine and it was no problem he really insisted and changed it over!?! Hmmm

Gold menu
Very disappointed with this menu, poor choice of main course and dessert is take or leave it brownie. I had the burger which tasted nice but meat was dry. My wife had the chicken sandwich which she also thought was dry. Won’t be bothering with this voucher deal again.

Described as 2 courses and bottomless drink. Arrived to be presented with a menu with 5 choices of main course and a desert. If that was what was described on the voucher it wouldn't have been so disappointing

Not worth the money-very poor
Food was terrible. For the money paid for this experience I expected a lot better & was really disappointed. Menu was limited to three choices for main meal and no choice for dessert-chocolate brownie or nothing. Food lukewarm & burger was so greasy it was inedible. Coffee also lukewarm. 7up was decent but in no way was this value for money. One star given was for the atmosphere & memorabilia in the restaurant. Will definitely not be back. Been in other hard rock cafes that were excellent
